A Historic Commencement to Remember
The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai celebrated its 54th graduating class on Thursday, May 11. A total of 172 degrees were conferred that day, ushering in a new generation of clinicians and researchers. However, the Commencement ceremony also celebrated another historic milestone: the 50th anniversary of the first few classes that graduated from Mount Sinai’s medical school.
