“On two separate occasions, I asked Mr. Minns if it was possible to change beds for patients who were very uncomfortable. Both times, he dropped whatever he was doing to assess the situation, locate new beds, and act with compassion and understanding to change the beds and help make our patients comfortable. I appreciate his empathy and teamwork when we can collaborate toward putting our patients’ needs first and addressing their needs in a timely manner. It made those patients feel much better and they were happy with the care and service they were receiving.”
