Dr. Fuster’s Seven Pieces of Advice:
1. Keep your weight normal. No obesity.
2. Keep your blood pressure normal.
3. Keep your cholesterol levels normal.
4. Avoid the onset of diabetes. One way is to control your weight.
5. Please quit smoking.
6. Do some exercise.
7. Be careful about what you eat. Avoid foods that are high in fat and salt.
