The federal Web site has added several new resources to help the newly insured navigate the healthcare system.

The new section, “Using Your New Insurance Coverage,” guides enrollees in areas such as filling a prescription, going to the doctor’s office or accessing emergency care.

Additional consumer resources include appealing a health insurance decision or what to do if you haven’t yet received your insurance card.
